The food is expensive, as you’d expect for a M&S in a petrol station, but it does have a good range of stuff and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Just stood for 10 minutes freezing outside this shop due to the red traffic light system STILL in place despite all covid restrictions being lifted in Scotland in the coming days and all social distancing restrictions long since lifted already.Nobody in queue happy about it and cars driving into forecourt and straight out again due to queue. The insult here is whilst customers queue outside in the cold, the shop itself is mostly empty, the restrictions this shop put in place at the height of covid 18 months ago were already strict with tiny numbers allowed inside despite spacious interior but to still operate like it now when we have all moved on from lockdowns is just a slap in the face to customers.Advice - go up the street 2 mins to the coop who have like every other shop in Glasgow relaxed restrictions and allow you to shop like free thinking human beings.Avoid this place.

I went late at night and the inside shop was still open and since they have a generous reward app I disided that I'd go as Tesco ect.. are closed at this time. Some things are more expensive but not so more than other gas's stations in my opinion. Plus the BP reward me app atm gives new users £5 credit from the get go and often have good bonus deals to earn more points. Also BP is our oil so let's support it. Also like that you BP for there good devidends as a shareholder.I spent around 20 the lady made a small mistake with one item and it did not give reduction I went in and assumed one or two other things were incorrect. She was polite let me back in as by then they had closed inner shop and she went through my basket politely and sorted everything out evern though I was giving her a tough time. So thank you would go back.Shop was clean, tidy, bright and inviting inside. With a wide selection of food drinks ect... Sadly I can't commit on gas but looked like a place I'd fill up if I was in a car.

Customer service is not good most of the time. For some reason they have a problem with me using my app for points. I went today, filled up scanned my app asked to use my points and she said its not going to work and I can't do nothing about it, she was getting annoyed that I wanted to remove £2.60 from my fuel.she said She'll have to start all over again just a load of rubbish. Her name was Alma. Bp should have a better system for using points.

My partner and I live round the corner and have used the shop since before M and S took it over. Recently my partner was wrongly accused of going in when the red light was on. The member of staff was not only mistaken but very cheeky. My partner had waited patiently for 20 minutes, is well aware of the traffic light system and was fully compliant. It was a wrong ID on the security camera which can happen. But the appalling cheek was uncalled for. We don't go there any more. The coop is only ten minutes walk, it's a lot cheaper and staff there treat us with due respect, unlike M and S.The M and S shop sells firewood which is far too wet to burn. I tried it 3 times over a 2 year period and each time it was useless. I complained to M and M online and they sent me a voucher but didn't care that their shop was selling wet firewood.Summary: expensive shop, cheeky staff, wet firewood.

This garage is extremely expensive even for local shop standards - over £3 for a packet of Chocolate digestive biscuits. When I remarked this to the sales person she agreed saying she is surprised anyone buys anything from them. The worst thing however is the sheer unreliability of this petrol station, they seem to merely open when they feel like it and shut when they like. Often they are closed at peak time with doors locked and cones in forecourt - such as 6pm a few days back and then again at 8:30am a few mornings ago for no rhyme or reason they just closed.Unreliable. Expensive. Best avoided really.

Friendly helpful staff backing M&S quality shop inside a BP filling station.

Management needs to have a word with the surly 60 something woman who works in here, she'll put off customers, her attitude stinks. I only purchase from here in an emergency now!
