Highly recommended- Iced Honey Oat Latte ( Limited Edition ):> Had added Special Espresso shot to the beverage but didn’t find much of a difference. The honeycomb crumbs on the top were the star. Was expecting more honey sweetness but coffee was little overpowering.Dietary restrictions: They help you with all dietary needsKid-friendliness: They have bigger tables at the back so its easy for the families with pushchairsWheelchair accessibility: Its easy to enter and go around

Coffee was really nice but the place was absolutely filthy. Coffee, chocolate powder and spilled milk lying all around and under the counters, the floor was dirty, and nobody working seemed to care how dirty it was. The tables were being cleared by one person only. The furniture is also falling apart, ripped seats etc. needs refurbished. The coffee cups also had chips in them and have clearly seen better days.

This is a regular weekly after work stop for a friend and I. The coffee (and hot chocolate) is great. I don't always eat here, but when I do, it's fresh and tasty.

In a great location, Great staff but could do with a deep lean as tables, floors and seats where filthy. Cups trays and spoons/cutlery where stained.Definitely need more attention to cleaning. As there is no rating on here for cleanliness this coffee shop would weren't zero stars.

Why is it every time I visit This store it’s always takeout cups on offer ! Some time there is 3 staff or more and thats what I get offered! The store is dirty and the service is slow ! This place needs shut . I won’t be backVegetarian options: Some options

The most unhygienic coffee shop I've ever experienced. The place is dirty and tables piled high with dirty dishes. Given cutlery that was caked in food. Very slow service and frappe drink ordered was like warm. One star is too generous.
Very well located to sit and relax to watch the world go by. Service is good and quick. Very disappointed in the milkshake I got. Was in I glass that looked so used it should be binned. All it was milk with a dolop of ice cream at the top. All I could taste was milk. Such poor presentation and taste for the price. Worst milkshake I've had. Not recommended.

Rude staff who were not only rude upon arrival but the staff member in question was rude throughout our trip. Left us feeling very uncomfortable.Tables also were not clean and this was extra disappointing considering the shop was not busy.

lovely place, lovely staff (truly commendable staff), lovely coffee unfortunately the one toilet for all customers- the disabled which should be reserved for disabled people is perpetually disgusting no matter what day or time, every time im ashamed at the facilities and barely able to use them as a disabled person myself.Dietary restrictions: lots of alternative milk options usually.

The place was dirty found one table that didn't have dishes on it. Staff behind counter talking to each other when she did come out the dishes were clattered into the bussing tray if she is in a temper like that she's in the wrong job.

The cafe is nicely located with a nice seating setup, we visited 3 hours before closing and the dessert display was mostly empty, very disappointing experience as I was looking forward for my coffee and cake.
