Staff late and can't be bothered getting in on time so stick a hand written note on the window to say they will open at 9.30am instead 9am.

I love coming here to study or read my book - the staff are always lovely even when it’s busy and the coffee is always great ?

I feel like this Caffè Nero is a bit of a hit or a miss. Quite fast service however sometimes the staff come across as quite unfriendly and ordering a drink is an inconvenience to them.

I like the coffee they serving. They have to find a way to accelerate the queue.

Staff were rude, distracted and proceeded to spell out words when they couldn't hear me. To further embarass me. They were too busy talking about their gym session that they rolled their eyes when they couldnt hear me try to understand what they were asking as it was busy and loud. As someone who is autistic, i was particularly insulted when i asked for decaf and they gave me full coffee. They didnt care to check. Wont be back.

It's a chain but this one has a nice outdoor seating. It's the Nero of my choice if I want to go to a chain. Well managed.

Still a fantastic place to visit. Coffee is far superior to Monza, Greggs, Costa & other cafes.Staff always civilised and acknowledge you on arrival and leaving ....with the classic "Ciao!"Music also great selection played. & sung along to by staff if your lucky enough to hear them.Another sign of a happy environment. ?
