Very nice and quite hotel. The rooms are motel style in a separate building to reception but the staff are all very nice and friendly and pointed us in the right direction of our room.Love how you get a physical Key for your room.Restaurant is nice and reasonably priced. The only downside is that the room is not very modern and the WiFi and signal is almost none existent.Walkability: The car park has direct access to walk onto a part of Antonine Wall.

Just back from the castlecary hotelStayed for dinner, bed & breakfastROOM 289Really big spacious room had everything you needed massive wardrobe space good size bed bathroom had bath and shower you will have fun with the shower the pressure is like a fire hoses the shower screen is to small it needs to cover a larger area to fix this problem i had to turn the hot and cold bath taps on to relieve some pressure from the shower head then good to go I would say the room needs updated but it done the jobDinnerThe menu that you get for the deal was small but I could find a starter main and dessert no probs but my partner was struggling for a main I think they should give more choice for the main the food was fantastic good portion sizes and NO complaints ???BreakfastWent down got told just to pick a seat anywhere and help yourself to the contental buffet and someone will take our order for the hot foodAgain everything was fantastic and I really liked that you ordered your hot food instead of the buffet styleStaffThey couldn't do enough for you always smiling and very professionalWill definitely be going back again sometime???

We booked in for entertainment and meal. Meal was fantastic, not ostentatious, but exactly to our tastes. Fantastic. Entertainment started with disco up dancing right away, fantastic. Followed by Drifter tribute, who although were good, could not touch DJ, lol.?. Night completed by return to disco, but mainly party dance songs, which, although we could not get dance to, others had great time. Overall, everyone catered for. Staff were excellent, venue was excellent, wish now I had booked New Year.Did not stay in rooms, therefore cannot score rooms. Thanks to all, for a great night.Food & drinks: Food was excellent, our soft drinks were not overly priced.

We had our daughters 30th paradise birthday party here. Wow honestly they were so empathetic to our grief and supported us from beginning to end. All the staff at this hotel are so lovely they take great pride in the jobs they do. The meal was beautiful and everyone who attended said it was delicious. From the layout to the service you cannot fault the hotel. Wait to you see what they will do with their new sister hotel The Glenskirlie. I wish them all the best for the future.
