If i could rate 0 stars i would. Ordered on uber eats, food was stone cold. Also ordered caramel frap and it came tasting like off milk with no caramel drizzle or whip and when tried to phone for a refund kept going straight to voice mail. waste of time and money won’t be back terrible

Staff in this costa were SUPER RUDE! I asked about the Friday one pound items mentioned in the street sign right before entering Buchanan galleries, and not only did they look at me as I was an alien for asking about this, they said look it up in the app! Shouldn’t they know about this as “FRIDAYS ARE A BIG DEAL” as mentioned by costa?Then they said but you should order that with a coffee, to get the one pound item. Like duh? They did not even smile once. Not going back to this costa ever again

I cannot praise the staff in this cafe highly enough. Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous.I'd especially like to mention Gabrielle and Dani who go above and beyond.The food is delicious and the coffee amazing. Would definitely recommend.
We arrived at Buchanan Galleries branch at approx 2.30pm on a Saturday, was informed they were closing in one hour which wasn’t a problem for us. Requested a frostino for my son to be told the iced drinks were unavailable as “the blenders were being washed” - an hour before closing?! No hot chocolate as an alternative as they had run out apparently (could have told me this when telling me they couldn’t do the iced drink and not after I left the queue and returned). Staff member directed me towards the Starbucks upstairs!!! Staff member was very polite but really?! not great customer service. Starbucks! ?

No lactose free milk for my wife's friend, No whipped cream for my wife's hot chocolate, No festive garnishing for the seasonal hot chocolate. Most disappointing Christmas treat this year!
