Asked for large latte and salted caramel cake they had posters of everywhere. No cake and they give me a small latte . Honestly sick of the sub standard service here. Obviously I got charged for a large tho.

It's fine. When you sit in to dine / drink in these drive through places the service really is focused on the car drivers and not those inside to the same extent. Always bugs me and is always the case. One person serving compared to three with the drivers. Obviously the service level declines. But fine coffee and ambiance.

Coffee was nice and cake was good. However as a sit in customer service took far too long. No fault of the staff locally, operationally they seem to prioritise "just eat and drive through before sit in. Think I will be moving to NERO for my coffee.

I only go here for the coffee, however it is getting rather expensive now. Still the coffee is amazing, the staff are fabulous and always have a smile for us.

Spent over a £100 there the last week, costs about £7 to get a coffee delivered and they can't even add sweetener or a stirrer. Really poor service. Won't return custom as they obviously get so many complaints they don't answer the phone to them! If you're going to do a job, do it right, if you're not prepared to, step aside & let a competent, caring person have the position. Namaste
4.30pm on a Sunday. Almost every table unoccupied but not one of them cleared. Guy in front had to ask for a table to be cleared so he and his disabled wife could sit down. Other customers did it for themselves. Clearly not enough staff. Floor was filthy. It has always been poor for cleanliness though. Have decided that's it for us. Shame as the coffee and cakes are excellent.

A sunny day of local wandering brought us here.First impressions:Clean service area;Friendly staff;Service was acceptable;Toilets were clean but the Gents had an 'Out of Order' with a suggestion to avail of the Disabled facility.Being a Saturday I could allow for this as a cost saving but still, surely they have a contract arrangement for such repairs!

Ice drink was nice, though not having straws and drinking from hot cup(which eventually started to leak) was not so good. Server was very friendly. Not having caramel syrup was a blessing as I got golden caramel instead. ?
