Amongst a drive from the Scottish Highlands onwards to Manchester, this was a lovely sight. Didn't want to deal with the traffic in inner Glasgow either and the staff made everything with no fuss and a smile.

Very poor Costa at these services. Poor staff were friendly, but not enough of them. They needed more help. Poor selection of food and snacks, no clean cutlery and general cleanliness was poor.

Normally very good but we nipped in for a drink on the way home and I asked for a chai latte in my travel mug.I hadn't quite finished my previous drink so there was cold coffee in the bottom.The girls just put my chai latte on top of my left over coffee ?A luke warm dirty chai ?♀️I should have complained but we were in a hurry.

Terrible customer service I've ever ha,their employees don't even care about their customers, no manner no respect so wouldn't recommend them, if you get coffee from machines in shops way better than them.
2 cortados ordered. Nice coffee, but way to expensive for the 2nd smallest coffee they serve!?!?

Was working nearby popped in for a latte. Yah am a fan of Costa coffee. Enjoyed the 10 min break and the latte.

Motorway services but only Costa & WHSmiths open. Seems food section closed and gone.May not be a services much longer.Girl on duty very, very nice and friendly. Possibly glad to have someone to talk to.
