I was treated with extreme racism and was asked to leave the place because I made a mistake in my request, and this is not fair in the books for this Costa.

I go to this store quite often, but I had a really bad experience last weekend. I was waiting my coffee and the coffee ready seemed to be mine, so I asked to one of the staff if it was mine. She didn’t even look at me and just nodded with an annoying face. Then just left. Another staff who was standing next to her was using his phone kept looking at his phone and just said “yeah that’s yours.” It wasn’t busy at all and no reason to be that rude to a customer who was just politely asking if the coffee was hers/his. Poor service. Very disappointed.

I have been mistreated this place so badly that one of the staff put me in the situation. I never been in my life. All I asked was why my coffee is taking this long and one of the staff member screamed and said stop talking to our stuff like that, she put me in a situation that The whole shops people stop and looked at me, felt embarrassed Asked for my refund and I left that place .

I have been to Queen Street Costa a few times. Great service and drinks and food Great. Been to Costa by queen St Station but really cramped and service not as good. Keep up the great work queen street.
I come here very often but every single time: the staff are so rude and on the phone constantly, don’t care if customer are waiting. Seriously need to be taken into consideration from the management

I am not one to leave negative reviews but this one impacted me. I visited here on Friday the 3rd and I don’t think I will ever be returning again. As someone who works in sales I can understand when the day gets a little hectic but noticing how stressed this staff members were and how little work they did as a team it put me off returning and I felt so rushed and unsettled. I was really disappointed as they got my order wrong and they didn’t even seem to care.

Service is generally ok.The seating area has a nice atmosphere and is great for reading a book or studying.Simple coffees are a bit on the pricier side but enjoyable.

Very busy. We had nice comfy seats.
