Nice place. Went in after spending the day in Glasgow for work. Most if not all of the tables had dishes covering them and hadn't been cleaned for a while. We sat for 1 hour, and nothing was touched round about is by staff.Coffee and hot chocolate had no flavour to them, was not worth the money at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can access the building, but those who require assistance may struggle as the doors are pretty heavy

I was in today 24th February I was having a nightmare with my card and a little stressed out the lady behind the counter was just so lovely and nice to me, I didn't get her name which I'm annoyed about as I wld love to thank her for her kindness she is a credit to Costa much love the lady in the green bobble hat

Absolutely state. Broken door to greet me, then found out they had no ice. Toilet shut too. Don't know how none of it's been fixed.

Very over priced drinks..We had hot chocolate with some cream and mallows of which 3 mallows were supplied in small cup separately £4.70 a drink. Too expensive for what was given. Taste was nothing special. Staff i encountered were cheerless, like robots. One of the front doors is smashed in and covered in tape. Mirrors on wall needing a good clean as they're all smeared, never been cleaned properly by looks of it.
