Worst Indian food I have every had, watery and tasteless curry, Nan bread was poor, chicken and fish pakora was mostly fully of veggie pakora filling with the smallest piece of chicken and fish in the middle, it was so bad I had to check the packaging to make sure I hadn’t purchased vegetable pakora. All my family felt the same and most of it went in the bin. Waste of money and not cheap.

Probably the most authentic Indian food in Glasgow. Maybe more expensive than the supermarket, but quality and flavour is worth it.

Mother India Dining In Bearsden is by far the best curry in Glasgow. I go out from the West End especially. Fabulous fresh tasting curry. Great choice. Fantastic fresh tasting curry. Lovely helpful owner. We go back again and again. I really can't recommend highly enough. Only complaint is that it's not open all week. We ve tried Mother India Argyle Street on other nights but just not the same.Vegetarian options: Excellent options with really good saag paneer. Ask if not out on display as sometimes kept in fridge at back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten /dairy free / vegan all clearly marked.

Our absolute go to for a curry at home. So delicious, not heavy like some takeaways and so full of flavour. So grateful to have it in the area!

Very disappointed with the quality of the food. We got take way £33 for two people at that price my expectations were very high. We got lamb curry, chicken curry two different types and nana bread. The food was the tasteless chicken was dry and the curry was no flavour like watering. Lamb was chowing and same as curry the worst I ever tasted.Even the bread wasn't good. Honestly, I don't understand the good reviews of this place even my dog didn't like the food. I would like to get a full refund as I didn't enjoy the food.

I echo the review below. Its expensive for you to heat up yourself, average curry at best. This place has nothing on the other Mother Of Indias in Glasgow city, go collect them fresh from there if you want decent food!

Great food! Lots of food is gluten free or coeliac friendly which is brilliant for us - pakora, curry and wraps all GF. The fish pakoras are great.

We ordered butter chicken with a side two rice a garlic nan and vegetable pakora. Came to c£22 - chicken was dry sauce was watery garlic nan was plain nan with a pot of garlic butter. We just moved to bearsden and were huge fans of mother India in finneston and so were hugely disappointed by this. It doesn’t work as a concept especially when you are charging basically the same as a fresh takeaway for something you have to reheat at home. Guy in the shop was lovely but we won’t be back.

Fabulous vegetarian selection. Tasty and generous portions. Simple reheat - what's not to like? ?
