Place was not that busy, I was the only shop customer. Didn't wait too long for the order, but when I took the pizza home the crust seemed very crunchy and hollow which I thought was unusual as I've never had a burned/ overcooked pizza from dominos before. And to top it off my chicken side was disgusting really chewy tough chicken. So the only thing I had that night was the cookies as the rest of the meal was terrible

The worst service i have ever encountered. I was served (sic) by a little bearded guy who reminded me of one of Tolkein’s dwarves, with manners to match… Ignorant, rude and dismissive. After he took my order I listened to him get abusive with someone who was trying to phone in an order. I think they just hung up on him in the end. The pizza was ok, but I won’t be back any time soon.

Really Bad customer service. I’m not a pizza fan but went to this branch for pizza in the evening. I approached to a colleague in this branch checkout, asked what are the offer. She told me offer with two topping and I ask what are the topping. She was not helpful. I stepped back and browse online. While I was browsing online she told me not to be rude. I replied her I am not being rude but trying to help myself by looking into domino’s website. When I am ready to order after deciding via website, she refused to take order and asked other colleague to take order. And another colleague was in fact rude and my little girl felt awkward. Not long away from store. Dad went in to pick up pizzas about 2 mins later I heard a girl screaming abuse I thought it was coming from somewhere outside. My dad came back out and explained to me the girl had just tossed 2 whole pizzas at him because of a misunderstanding with the pizzas. Also calling him a dick. I’m sorry but that behaviour is absolutely horrific. She should not have a job working with public that’s no way to speak or treat customers. I’m actually in shock never had an experience like this before in my life. After all that they gave us 2 fresh pizzas and refunded us the money. But still managed to get the pizzas wrong….. 6 pizzas they made before getting our 2 right. Tbh the manager couldn’t have been any nicer he was very patient I felt sorry for him putting up with staff like that. Managed to get the girls name. (Gemma) we will be taking this further as my mum phoned up when we got back home and she continued to scream abuse at my mum down the phone aswell. Disgusting behaviour.
