The reduced the size of fries and it seems they have upped their prices! The Cajun fries are also inedible due to the salt- and I love a lot of salt!

Night shift are terrible, ordered a large fries they barely filled the cup up and then on top of that no extra scoop in the bag. Not a single extra fry in the bag (was also cold and soggy but the lack of fries is shocking)

Slowest service of any 5 guys I have ever been in . 10 people waiting for their food on a not so busy Wednesday evening , .7 mins I waited for a small portion of chips that was my order . 7 staff on duty no idea what they’re up to

So I came here all the way from California and where im from we take our five guys serious. I must say the food reminded me of home very good cheeseburger and shakes. How you guys do your fries is a little different from what I'm use to but overall clean store and very good food . Thank you

Absolutely amazing staff!!! Craig was brilliant and explained the menu perfectly. Milkshakes are delicious and worth the trip.

It's just like any other Five Guys if you've ever been. They offer quick and tasty burgers with unlimited toppings at no additional cost. Portions are huge especially with the fries and the food is rather greasy and quite salty too which you either love or hate.I always find Five Guys to be quite expensive especially compared to some of the other offerings in the area but they're better than your typical McDonald's and Burger King and the quality and service is very consistent even on a busy day.I'd recommend coming here if you're hanging with friends and want a non-judgemental place where you can occupy a table for a long while without causing a fuss. Especially if someone in your group is a picky eater as the food is plain by default. (Assuming of course they like an American style Burger) otherwise I'd say spend a bit more and hit up somewhere like Bread Meats Bread next door.Kid-friendliness: As a fast food restaurant with relatively plain food that will suit a picky eater this place is ideal for kids. Be warned though portions are large and expensive. Many kids won't be able to finish it on their own.

Found this place after storming out of TGI Fridays since they served me 2 burgers stone cold. I was hungry and needed something to eat so stopped in here to grab a bacon burger. Over £10.00 for a burger that didn't even come with fries, cheese, lettuce or anything else. The bacon had been cremated and was ready to have its ashes sprinkled somewhere and the burger was dry and bland. Will not be in any hurry to try Five Guys again.

Didn't know I had to build my own burger so I received a burger with meat, cheese and bacon only. Due to this it was really dry. Next time I will be more aware of this. The selection of sodas are quite nice.Free peanuts are good as well.Free heinz ketchup and mayo is good too.
