Ordered a student meal deal with a coffee and sausage roll. Along with a steak bake and festive bake. The guy forgot to give a sausage roll and everything was cold. He almost forgot my coffee too. Pretty poor service...

I’m a frequent customer to this Greggs, I have to say that the bakes are usually always warm ? and a good selection of fresh sandwiches and coffees!! The manager “Lesley” is sooo friendly, and the staff always make me feel welcome ? Luv this Greggs ?

I ordered Mocha this morning, but what I got is chocolate milk. There's no coffee in it . The large size is only 3/4 full. (I drank some before I took the picture, but still the large size is no different with regular)Best place if you want to start your day feeling sad ?

It seen they don't have anything hot anymore except very early in morning. Food which meant to be hot is cold taste salty. Waiting to be serve next didn't happen, they served someone else instead.
