Classic place to get a quick bite. Survived on greggs

Just charge you extra for sugar free drinks you tell them you are getting over charged and the staff don’t care

Very poor service, blonde older lady, no courtesy and rude comments as I walked away. Genuinely surprised as most Greggs are very polite. This branch needs some customer training and less Glasgow womens backchat.

Very nice staff but take note their sandwich oven has been broken for a considerable while so they wont offer hot sandwiches

Attended here around 1645hrs on a Thursday. Only baked goods left were either chicken bake and cheese and onion bake. Genuinely that was it. There appeared to be some baked goods in the oven but appeared to only just have been put in. Poor planning and management. Will avoid returning.
Had a great experience here, the employee who served me, Benjamin, was lovely and helped me a lot.

Why does this shop bake nothing beyond 1pm? What is the point in staying open till 5pm when all the staff do is stand behind a counter for 4 hours saying "what's there is all we've got".Went to the Partick branch instead.Poor show.

Website states it opens a 6am, but Store doesn't open till 7:30am. When it does open it hardly has anything ready

It's a small shop and busy at lunchtimes with school kids, students and staff from surrounding businesses. When there is a queue, Greggs staff have the annoying habit of only leaving one person serving, while the rest walk away to the back shop. This causes a lengthier wait to be served in a cramped shop and almost always happens at the start of peak lunchtimes. To clarify a previous review, there is NOT convenient parking outside Greggs. Byres Road is always very busy with parked cars it's entire length and there are traffic lights just outside the store. Kevin O'Donnell's review is incorrect unless you like parking on zigzag lines and getting traffic tickets!!!
