Asked for a soft roll egg and square sausage. Was given a roll missing the egg.Also asked for a vanilla latte. Was given a normal latte.

The tood and service was fine, however the air conditioning was on while we were siiting in AND the door was opened wide so it was uncomfortably cold to sit in while we were sitting in eating our food ? The lady sitting to our right hand side with her child, were both uncomfortable too because it was too cold inside. The other couple to our left hand side were also mentioning to us that it was far too cold also. Although it was nice sunny mild weather outside, the air conditioning was far too uncomfortable to sit and enjoy our food and drinks. Maybe the staff should think about this as it definitely put us off enjoying our short stay. ☹️ We were glad to get back outdoors for a heat! ? This was Friday afternoon the 26/5/23 in the Kilmarnock Road shop, in Shawlands, Glasgow. We therefore won't be rushing back anytime soon because of this! ? 2/5 for the food and service. ?

there were six minutes left before closing, I came at 17:54 and they didn’t pour coffee for me
I miss the Big Softees and macaroni pies. Otherwise alright, fills a gap, but no longer much to separate it from other bakers. Breakfasts seem to be less economical these days too.
