honestly might be tiny but the staff in here are incredible I can't lie, always smiling always willing to listen if they have a minute genuinely good salt of the earth people. The foods rarely ever actually cold. Let's be honest you get a greggs in the toon there's more heat in a deed body than thei sausage rolls but these troops try keep.everything warmVegetarian options: states if its vegan friendlyKid-friendliness: they have school kids from 3 different schools in their daily, still.smiling everydayWheelchair accessibility: no ramp required as the greggs is on the ground floor

It's Gregg's just like any other shop the food comes from the factory kitchens on the truck at night, croftfoot staff are rather unpleasant in general, one middle aged girl with an attitude problem and a young girl that another reviewer had problems with on these reviews that is weirdo to the max and the manager hasn't a clue how to run a shop and head office should just shut this shop and sack the entire staff... it's a shamble for greggs.

I think my accent let me down here, asked for a sausage roll, got home and had a buttered roll lol, very nice though

Were short staffed so weve not made anything, a joke of a shop badly managed ,time the senior managers at head office ,sacked current staff Lazy LazyLazy ,how long does it take to make a few sandwiches, the wee corner shop is better staffed and stocked

Younger girl and older lady both working. Older lady was lovely, younger girl made me feel like a hindrance . She had to step back while I was looking in the sandwich unit and clearly I wasn't quick enough for her because she stormed away into the back with her tray of sandwiches.Could see she was fuming . Then I was moved quite hastily to the other till by her and then she was trying to usher me out by trying to pack my bag for me (I wasn't even her customer) Her whole attitude was off, maybe having a rubbish day. Who knows. But I've worked with the public for 10 years and would never have an attitude like hers.
