Coffee nice, sausage rolls cold, when taking them back to ask for warm ones, was advised by the rude and abrupt young woman who was apparently the manager that they don't serve hot food, just fresh baked and that was just the temperature they all were..disappointing!

First time I have ever encountered a place that sells sandwiches, baked goods, and various other savoury items, that doesn't provide salt sachets. If you are eating in, surely this is a basic condiment to have available either on the table or at least where the sugar packets and napkins are.As a result, the bland sandwich I purchased was even more unenjoyable by not being able to add salt. It tasted like there was no seasoning at all in the filling to begin with, so not having any to add made it worse. Also, my coffee was verging on tepid to begin with and cold before I got half way through.Certainly no reason to choose this place over any of the other cafés and restaurants at The Fort.

Decent sized branch. Light, bright, clean and airy. Loads of hot options for lunches (wedges/wraps/soups) and the usual classics to go. Whilst not the cheapest anymore it’s ultra reliable and good value for money

The staff are so lovely and the place is always amazing and clean but but every time i went there to oder my favourite Beef Steak pies they’re always cold I think they should improve from that.

A very popular venue with a good selection of hot and cold snacks with seating available inside and outside.
