I went into the store with an order this was from ward 62 at the royal infirmary Glasgow I asked for something along the lines of four sausage rolls two-stake bakes one cheese and onion pasty and one chicken bake and lucozade also three coffee I went back to the hospital with the order I was short one stake break and a few sausage rolls I was so mortified and had to refund people because I was not given what I asked for although I was charged full price I felt especially bad because I had taken all those from people who were sick yet I ended up out of pocket due to the fact that the staff did not listen and did not give me what I ordered I asked them to put the products in separate bags and I would have paid for the bag if need be but yet again they didn't all the products and one bag no one knew what was what and I was short quite a lot
