Took a change from previous Greggs and went to Argyle St one, Honestly one of servers looked as if he hadn’t washed in weeks or more served my roll minus napkin which fell apart in bag, I think he was a manager but was filthy. Would never eat here again

Horrible disrespectful staff. I understand they can be busy but they have no right to be rude. Gregs really need to start training their staff on how yo behave with clients. Disgusting experience. The guy didn’t even pack my coffee properly it spilled everywhere.

The staff in the argyle Street store are the best part of my day. Always the most friendly and kind service as well as always a clean environment. My favourite Gregg's branch due to the staff! Great work! Thank you

Stopped for a snack. Standard Gregg’s you get any where pleasant quick service. Pastry was nice temperature which sometimes their stuff can get a bit too cool. Sat in and ate. Always tasty and you know what you will get before you get there most times.
