Another great experience last night at the Projectionist. Served by Greg who is always very pleasant and courteous. Never forgets to ask about food allergies. Food lovely and plentiful as always. Servers all attentive, asking if we need anything as they pass. These are the reasons for our frequent visits and will make us continue to come back. Thank you guys.

The food was really tasty, cooked to perfection and a good portion size which is often not the case elsewhere and the staff were pleasant. The meal was a great deal as I got 2 from the pub classic section for £12.49. I will come back again ?

Shocking, we decided to go the projectionist for lunch. What a mistake. The vegan burger should have been smothered in sauce and it wasn't. 2 bits of onion and 1 piece of lettuce. Terrible. Then we asked for bbq sauce for the burger and we were given Korean sauce. The chips you could have counted . This was not appetizing at all. I get emails from The Hungry Horses advertising there deals ,this experience has put me off.

Really disappointed ordered steak pie when it came the meat inside was freezing, they brought out another one 20 minutes later had to saw the pastry open with my knife it was so hard and inside was so burnt it was black and there was about 5 tiny bits of burnt meat inside. After another 15 mins wait ended up with something else off the menu.

Went with my daughter and grandkids for lunch I'm disabled and went to order 2 kids meal and 2 curry and drink meal total cost £25.98 I didn't get a receipt also was left to carry a drink at a time as the barmaid was busy when I finally got back to table I checked my bank re bill found that I'd been charged £33.97 so went to bar and asked for receipt only to find out that I was charged £8.99 for my curry and £5.75 for lager instead of £7 for curry meal deal I asked to speak to the manager now for fun the manageress was cheeky to me and refused to refund my money saying that I had peroni lager not in deal so she was refusing refund then said in a rude manner don't play the disable card on me I said please take my meal back and refund my meal. But the best is yet to believe when I went back to table I looked at my daughter's meal which was the same as mine her's was £7.00 mine was £8 .99 exactly same portion but she had drink included my meal turned out to be £14.74 not real won't be back due to treatment advice check Ur receipt

Had a really lovely time visiting with my family, our server Jack was very friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for him, can’t wait to come back for a second visit

This is a lovely family friendly restaurant with excellent staff. Jamie, who took our order was so friendly, highly efficient and made suggestions on changes to meal sizes, adding or taking off items that we wanted to change. Well done Jamie!
Decided to have a holiday blues breakfast the day after we came home! We were served by Greg who is always very pleasant. Breakfast was great, always miss a Scottish breakfast after being away! All was cooked well and had a nice relaxing morning :)

Had a really nice Sunday evening meal here. We were served by Cat, who couldn't have been more helpful. So good to have staff who strike a good balance of knowing when to be helpful but without hounding us. Food was great value for money too. Would definitely return.

We had breakfast in the projectionist and was served by a lovely waitress Cat. She made our visit very welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Checking in during our meal and being very assertive. Thank you for a lovely visit Cat. We will certainly be back.
