Horrendous staff, worst experience in a restaurant. They don't even know how to deal with the coronavirus restictions. They don't let me feed my Baby with fruit I brought but the guy in charge of the floor doesn't even wear a mask.

Just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at KFC. My father had a turn and the staff and security at KFC braehead were absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have been more helpful. Called ambulance and looking after him till ambulance arrived. Just couldn't do enough and were so professional. Thank you all so much.

Been to this KFC a few times service is always terrible not sure they even know the meaning of fast food constantly run out of stock

Only given 3 stars due to the past two visits. First one of the fillets I was given was poor quality small and I shouldn't have been given that piece in the first place. Second their drink machines were out so they were pouring out drinks from the bottles of juice from their 1.5l. I dont mind but they didn't even put ice in the drinks, or had the bottles in their fridge, warm Pepsi to drink with your meal. Overall the staff are friendly but the store either needs to get more lobby staff during the weekend (bins were overflowing) - customers had to leave their rubbish in trays on tables due to no empty bins. Better experience in the KFC stores in Linwood and Paisley. ðŸ‘
