Served quickly, zinger tower burger was good, boneless chicken had been sitting for a while so it was lukewarm and very dry. Chips were good, fresh and hot but far too much salt. Staff were fine, they looked a bit miserable. Overall, very mediocre and McDonalds is miles ahead in terms of service and consistency, if you're looking for a quick bite. KFC seems to be pure luck if you're getting something decent.

Went for lunch with my 11 year old son. We both ordered same chicken burger and fries meal. Later that night and the whole of the next day we were floored with excruciating stomach pains. Sickness & toilet problems. Would have given zero stars is that was an option. Will not be back!! Chicken was undercooked and tasted like rubber.

Chicken was moist and tasty, but the signature fries were a little dry. They were also out of the sachets of barbecue sauce. At 40p, the tubs of barbecue sauce was an extravagance I avoided. Not quite the same, dunking the 'dry' fries into fresh air.

Visiting on Monday evening the waiter was a bit rude. Wanted the large meal but got the smallest chicken pieces ?. She didn't explain to me and I had to reassure her that all I needed was an explanation of the small pieces to deescalate the situation. I don't think am comfortable coming back any soon ?.
