Clean up the place! So many dirty tables even though the place was extremely quiet and workers standing about chatting. Saw a family come in and have to sit on a dirty tables because no clean ones. Get the finger out!

When I went to KFC Springburn, it was very quiet, no other customers. I asked the girl at the counter for the wi-fi password as I waited on my food being prepared, but she said they had no wi-fi. Then when I got my food, I took a chip and it was cold. I asked for hot chips and I got them. I then went to my usual table and it hasn't been cleaned. Crumbs on the table and chair. I asked the girl for a cloth to clean my table and she gave me one, rather than say she would clean it. I wasn't impressed, but the chicken was lovely. I think the management just need a wee kick up the bum.

I waited for 20 minutes for a 6 PCs chicken wings and I only got 5 pcs. I also saw the worker dancing as they where making our food and did I also mention that they burnt some of my fries I wouldnt be surprised if a black person ate my
Ordered a rice box online, phoned and quoted my order number and requested specifically to have no mayo on my order as I'm allergic. I was assured that was no problem.It arrived with it coated in mayo.Beyond annoyed and my lunch is inedible.

The atmosphere was dull, no one in and the staff where just standing about behind the desk talking to one another. The food was not great at all. For the price of what you get for a burger and wings and side its shocking how much you guys charge but its not just you guys its across all the fast food chains.

Possibly the worst KFC I've had ... really misleading when you look at the pictures n think yes I have that , n then it arrives n it's small and dusnt look anything like .. chicken always dry too
