Went to the drive thru for lunch on wed and one female staff member had her feet up on the glass on the outside tidying her shoe. Stopping me from driving to the window for my food. She then continued to chat to a male member of staff all the while looking round and seeing me waiting for her to move. Then when I finally arrived at the window to collect my food the same female had entered the kitchen area of the shop and hugged the male individual. This went on for the whole duration of the time I was at the window. Until they decided it was ok for me to get my order. Then when I left and took my order away I noticed that it was the incorrect order and cold. A very unprofessional branch and the staff are terrible.

We bought a 14 piece bargain bucket. The fries were cold, greasy, soggy and tasted of old cooking oil. The chicken was warm at best and also tasted of old cooking oil. We did get served quite quickly though.

Not really into KFC but went in before the football and it tasted devine. Best KFC around.It was also crazy busy and the food was served very quickly.

The burger we ordered is disgusting. There is no salad inside and the chicken is dry. Waste of your £6.49!!!!

We only had a drive thu but they still managed to get our order wrong so had to go back as they had missed a number of its. Next time we will check before driving away!
I took my grankids throgh drive through on Tuesday i was £16 for cold kids meals n ice cream i paid with card and the machine declined it as they said the it was not working ok as the manager admitted . So i paid £16 cash and my bank account was pending now i look and they took £16 out my bank so at was £32 for 2 kids meals and ice cream . They completely robbed me dont ever use your card in at store . The kids were no well and the rats are unbelievable about there . Manager said cant do anything . So watch wit your doing

Food was not that hot, toilets are absolutely disgusting ? ?, the handle of the disabled toilet door came off in my hand, toilet pan is cracked and just totally mockit, toilet seat is all dirty with ingrained dirt, never never ever be back ? and staff very unfriendly or helpful in any way ????
