Asked if I could have a quarter pounder with bigmac sauce! To be told they couldn't do that due to allergic reasons.but was told I could have a bigmac with big mac sauce eh? I'm not allergic to bigmac sauce hence the reason I was asking for it..poor customer service.i asked the mangers name and was told her name was mckeller (if that's how you spell it) but the girl I was talking to was the manager and wouldn't give her name..if you ask me they are jobsworths that work there and customers should come first and if I want something added or took away and paying for it then it should be done..I will be putting this on social media as the customer service I received was poor and the girl that was acting manager needs more training

I went to place an order today, but the catering staff forgot to put the Big Mac in my order in my bag. I didn't find out until I got home. At the same time, the automatic ordering machine did not have enough ink, which caused the invoice I received to be very unclear. As a result, I could not reflect this problem through the invoice code, which was very annoying.

Literally every single time I order from here they don’t put sauces in. Got a share box of nuggets multiple times and they never put the sauces in. Guess I’ve got to order from a place further away ?
Staff in this Macdonald are very unkind especially with delivery people ?. It's crazy how they behave, no greetings, no smile, shouting giving orders in a worse manner. We don't understand as a customer advisor and delivery driver we are all collaborating to assure a satisfaction for customer, we are not coming to Macdonald to beg or have pity. Moreover, most of them demonstrate that they don't like their job.
