Really, really slow service. A long wait for everyone who was standing around waiting on their orders. Arrived pretty cold. The staff were really nice, everything just took ages.

I ordered 2 big and cheesy meals for £20 and 1 whole burger was missing upon delivery. I reported by sending an email and just got refunded £1.82 . I don't recommend buying from this darnley outlet, they are fraudsters.

It's a McDonald's! Same food same prices as elsewhere. As usual the chips are barely warm and the burger is nothing like the photo.

A big thanks to the staff in darnley McDonald's I've been in my house for nearly 2 weeks with hardly any food and I made it out because there are no deliveries, I want to thank Tom Laura,and the manager christine,sorry if that is not ur name but I survived today and I thank you all for your hospitality, you never know if its an angel your serving, that is how I was treated with kindness and peace ✌ thanks Mr Mcdonald for your existence xxxDietary restrictions: Sweet chilli ? chicken wrap,and its the first time it was wrapped properly, I am going back for sure handy in this weather and my wee bus stops across the road to a from my family and home and a wee McDonald's on the way home thanks everyone for making me happy ? xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I've lost the recipes again so I'm posting it here, cheers have a peaceful night and God bless you all xxx

I sat and waited in the car for the food I ordered. After a long wait, I asked the person who delivered the food when I would receive mine, and he said soon. After 5 minutes, still no one came so I went inside. I asked one person where my food was, and it turned out that they forgot about me. I am disappointed with the service this evening 22/11/2023.

We got an Uber eats and a full meal was missing, dips for the select meal and the coke was diet. Tried phoning multiple times to darnley McDonald's but it rang out. Uber eats driver said he just delivers so nothing to do with

I only use drive-through, but staff were friendly and polite, but bins quickly filled up, but no one about checking levels as they do inside.Dietary restrictions: Everything is clearly marked to show dietary specifications salt fat carbohydrates salt, etc, so you can pick and choose to your needs.Parking: But a 90-minute window for eating.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access plus two spaces at left of main entrance

Never quite looks like the picture, does it?Burger tastes good but looked a bit tired, fries were as good as anywhere else. Strawberry milk shake was to die for. Extra star for that alone. Using the new self service screens is a bit cold and sterile, somehow miss the 12 year old at the counter beaming with confidence from his 25 minutes of training.Liked the calorie counter. Makes you think twice about making it a large meal!Parking: Traffic flow is tricky if you have never been before.

Very rude staff and manager (Steve). I have ordered mcCrispy, McSpicy and large Fries. Unfortunately, the Fries was not fresh. I found out uneatable piece of lettuce inside the McCrispy and showed it to the staff. Instead of accepting. They were denying. I have talked to the manager (Steve). He said that it is normal and it is coming with the salad. I will put the video and picture here. Can someone explain me that it is normal and eatable. They don't deserve even one star.

Stood waiting on my order , only one in the restaurant, eventually the order number went off the screen, no staff checking till to see if customers need help, so have to get attention of someone , who then proceeds to serve me quickly (food obviously sitting waiting) but offers no sorry just slides the tray over and walks away like it’s my fault they can’t remember to serve one lone customer. The bread on the mcmuffin could smash a window, the hash brown cold. Won’t be back

My husband was really disappointed that he never got the right order, we did speak to the man in charge, he said he would get my husband the right one, so my husband asked what would happen to the one he had and we were told it would go on the bin. My husband hates food waste so he just ate
