Went to the C2C show and walked to this McDonald's as it was the only place open nearby. We had Vegan burger and Vegan nuggets. Incredibly busy and the staff were so on it and polite not sure how they coped. Customer's pleasant and no trouble. Deliveroo drivers were getting angry with staff (only saw 3) but they remained pleasant.

It's McDonald's. You kinda know what you're going to get. Ordered on the app for my colleague discount, so I honestly never spoke to anyone, but the food was decent as the fries were fresh and the meals were rapidly made. The only few downsides are that the seating area is pretty small due to the locations tiny operating area, alongside delivery drivers hogging space or being rude (like they usually are), plus - when it gets busy - it seems to be popular with rowdy kids or loud teens which doesn't bother me much, but could pose issues for families trying to enjoy time. Rapid, fresh food, and decent service, and I would head back again.Vegetarian options: A few veggie and vegan options like the McPlant Vegan Burger, Spicy Veggie Wrap, and Veggie Burger, but not much after that.Kid-friendliness: Small areas for kids to chill with families, but nearby noise levels out with the store could be difficult for sensitive and/or younger children

The machine I used to make my order kept freezing and took ages, do something about the McDonalds, they're a hinderance rather than a help. Food was good and staff efficient.

Don't go here after the concert! They can't handle stress, soggy unseasoned fries. Didn't get a receipt with my order number. Tried to talk with an employee that just ignored or couldn't help. I would give it a 0 if I could.Vegetarian options: Same stuff in every vegetarian option. Boring!!!!
