I understand it can get busy but is it so hard to read an order and actually put the right food in a bag you littley have one job one job. Management retrain your staff properly!

Visited last night, asked for ice cream served hot chocolate at first for take away order. Then exchange took for more than 20 minutes for an ice cream, though the shop wasn't busy. Just the youngsters chit-chat among themselves, even don't care/ have a concern that customers are waiting for orders. After probed three times, I received my order. They are not doing any charity for us just need to wait for more than 20 minutes for an ice cream. Overall, a worst experience.

Visited last Wednesday night and ordered just one portion of chips and a double cheeseburger which took 10 minutes before I got it. Sorry, but this isn’t good enough! This should have been out within 2 minutes. Someone needs to take charge and ensure, given it’s a fast-food restaurant, that every order is on the tray and with the customer within 2-3 minutes.

Do not order a delivery from this place. I placed a large order, it arrived with several items missing. I complained, McDonald's sent me a couple of free meal vouchers which I used as part of a large order which again arrived with several items missing. I phoned the restaurant directly and the manager was very rude and refused to give her name when asked although given the evidence she may have forgotten it

Gave half my order and had to come back to get the order again. Hoping they improve as I like McDonald's a lot.
Ordered online 3 big mac meals and happy meal the sent me just a happy meal and 3 chips no big macs absolutely shocking think mcdonald's should be taking it seriously and sending us the food wee paid for through the app but the can't send me a driver give me it I think they should hire there own drivers and stop using other companies like just eat and uber eats because they have a responsibility to get people orders correctly this has happened to me over 4 times and never get refunded for my food of these companies shocking service

Ordered a Mccrispy meal and it was inediable - hard chicken with no sauce on the bun or any toppings. Just hard chicken in a bun. It cost me nearly £13 for the meal! Waste of money that I can't afford. Pointless. Train your staff or get rid!

I came in earlier in the week and ordered the table service. For some bizzare reason when my food was getting served i was met with dirty looks and the upmost disrespect. My chicken nuggest were basicslly dropped on the table with no consideration of customer satisfaction. My food was served by a young lady by the name of "Grace" and due to her appauling actions i actually decided to leave the canteen as i didnt feel welcome at all. This is not how a paying customer should be treated!

Stopped going a while back. I was the guy that kept sending his burger back because it wasn't right and they could never get it right. I ordered a bunch of extras and they all treated me poorly like I was messing with them on purpose. Just look at the order and put on what it says to put on. This was years ago but I felt awful for years and never went back.
