Anyone who goes to McDonald's knows that some are better than others, sometimes a great deal better. This one is as good as they get. Consistently perfect every time. Very clean, speedy, service, milk shake machines which are always in working order, and polite staff. A1.

Not a big fan of McDonald's but was here last week out of convenience. Cannot give enough praise to the young man named Conor who worked there. He would do anything to ensure every customer he speaks to leaves his shop satisfied.

Visited McDonalds Thornliebank around 5:30pm (18/4/23). Had to wait 14 minutes for order to be presented at counter. This is supposed to to a ‘fast’ food restaurant. Clear no one in charge calling the orders from the kitchen. Need to improve the speed of service.

An awful attempt at McDs to deliver food. Drinks and several portions of chips were missing from the order. The items that did arrive were stone cold. Phone was not answered when calling store to ask where missing food was.
Drive thru service is not great. The last 4 times we have used the service there has always been food/kids drink missing. Sometimes the wrong order given. The service used to be good however since the end of last year it has declined. Not sure if the reason is due to new staff.

Went through the drive through and waited 10 mins for my meal then had to ask for my drink which felt light and when I got home it was half full. Maybe as it was at 10pm and they were closing soon but still below what’s expected.
