Ordered a cookie for my girlfriend just as a surprise and asked for “ my beautiful girlfriend” on it only but what I received was what I’d asked for crammed in and an additional part of “+ NBSP” added to the bottom which I never asked for which left me both confused and angry as it ruined the

Came into the store on 05/01/2023 in the evening to place an order and every single part of the process of speaking to the member of staff was unnecessarily difficult. This team member may have been having a bad day but at every turn it seemed as though this lady could not be bothered at all. From the shape of the cookie, to the personalisation I wanted on it, the icing colours. I felt like I was personally offending her with everything I said.The 4 stars is for how the actual cookie turned out, the reasonable pricing and the lady who was working when I collected, in the early afternoon of 06/01/2024, she was a gem - so nice and helpful.Hope the other member of staff is okay, because the experience of ordering was like pulling teeth.
I came for a large cookie for my grandson who loves Millie's. I was served by Ashleigh. She was very helpful. Look forward to coming
