Absolutely awful customer service.Everyday we receive the wrong order and when we complain we get verbal abuse and use of fowl language, disgusting. Will cancel all orders from now on

I love mortons rolls.and in lockdown I can't get them .I have food delivered since march as I am shielding. But sadly no mortons rolls.My first stop when I get out is mortons rolls with sausage and bacon.makes your mouth water..

Called recently to complain about one of their drivers who was speeding in a 30mph zone and nearly knocked me down, haven't even had an acknowledgement! Incompetent isn't the word, idiots wouldn't cover it either!

Too crispy for me, I prefer slightly less crispness. You bite into them and they fall apart.
Phoned to complain about one of thier drivers going through a red light (and pushing me into oncoming traffic) and was hung up on, called back and they took my name and number and said a member of management would call me back.From the drivers to the call centre staff this place is a joke..and to the manager who didn't call me back, your staff are a joke.
