I went to Nando’s on Thursday the 13th of July and I received the best service I have ever had in Nando’s from the host on shift, David, he was polite, welcoming and amazing at his job, I would personally come back to this Nando’s just to be served by David again, an absolute credit to Nandos and seemed a lovely boy! Thanks again David!

We had got there at 9:00pm and the place would close at 10 and when we got there, they didn't let us in and said they were \\\"closed\\\" and were short staffed. Completely disappointed. We went to nandos in quay at 9:30pm and they also closed at 10 but they at least let us in. Not recommended. Go to quay instead.

It was like a canteen. Disappointed as I used to eat at the original branches in South Africa. My wife's, daughter and my meals were cold when arrived. Instead of replacing the meal they replaced the chicken burgers but then the chips were cold. Chicken was dry, postmix coke was too syrupy and no gas. Everything just looked sticky and untidy. Won't be back obviously.

If I’m being honest the service in here is laughable. Food brought out at different times, mains coming before starters, getting our food but not given drinks glasses yet, not clearing starter plates before mains arrive, cold service from staff - just some of the things I’ve experienced here. It’s not just one staff member it’s ALL. Clearly this means they aren’t getting trained properly. Every few months or so I come in to see if it’s changed, it never does.

Tbh, hadn’t been in a long time, so was in shopping at Braehead thought I’d go in try Nando’s again, to see if I’m missing anything new.\\nAlthough it was good, I didn’t really feel it was anything to give me the absolute Wow factor. I love going to Pepe’s once or twice a week for my chicken fix after the gym, and it’s half the price whilst also getting a bigger chicken portion from the 5 chicken strips there. Nando’s can have 4 stars ??

Really enjoyed the food found it exceptional but unfortunately there was 4 of us for dinner 2 of got our meals, then another, mines was last and 2 of the people I was with had already finished their meal.
Waited at the door to be seated for an eternity and was only acknowledged when I walked in and asked if we were going to be seen to. The food came and was average at best but the biggest noticeable thing about this restaurant was how dirty it was. The seats, the tables, the cutlery, the glasses. The restaurant had a lot of employees at the time we were in and not a lot of tables. We had to clean our own table and dust the seats. If visiting Xcite - choose any other restaurant!!

Big Birthday group in and had an issue with app order, management were excellent and assisted and ensured we got everything sorted, provided the group with free drinks for the minor inconvenience.
