AMAZING ?? Always fantastic! My husband and I have been coming here for years, and recently, we brought our two year old son. The food is spectacular, and the service is always brilliant. Every staff member is so accommodating and helpful!Vegetarian options: So many vegan and veggie options. They have a while menu!Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but so many options for the wee ones. Order side of noodles for my son, and they were so good

Food was okay but would not recommend in the slightest if you have allergies/dietary requirements as ordered something that was clearly labelled vegan and it had egg in it and nothing was clearly labelled when it arrived so we just had to guess, could be dire for someone with serious allergies as it was hidden so didn’t notice until started eating. Both noodle boxes had an egg in it so it wasn’t a mix up in boxes on our part.

Amazing restaurant for Japanese food. There are a lot of options on the menu. Great service, and beautiful interior!

Our visit to the restaurant today was extremely disappointing, and we were shocked by the level of service. The waitstaff completely ignored us, forcing us to get up and search for them to get the bill. Even after paying, THEY DIDN'T RETURN OUR CHANGE !!! While the food was decent, it was far from the best. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to the unacceptable service we experienced.

Do not recommend. Not a welcomining place. Staff were rude. Manager was rude. Wanted us out of the restaurant. We were served food and two minutes later were asked if we wanted anything else because they were closing the kitchen. Bizzare experience.Food was fine - nothing special. Pretty fried and heavy. Much better Japanese places out there and so many more places in Glasgow are more welcoming and customer focused.

Food was absolutely delicious and cocktails are lovely , brilliantly garnished too. Service was great, I took ages to eat my main as the portion sizes are large and never felt rushed. Highly recommend coming here :)

Used to be my favourite restaurant in Glasgow for years, no idea what’s happened but it’s done a complete 180.Last time I went a week or so ago I was served RAW chicken in my Gyoza’s and was made to feel awkward when sending it back. Main meal was totally different to normal as well and yet again made to feel incredibly awkward by what I’m assuming is a supervisor or manager (middle-aged women with a slight accent) when I didn’t want to eat what was a strange tasting plate of food. I was interrogated as to why I didn’t want it, truly shocking service. To their credit they removed the cost of this which I wouldn’t have been paying anyway but that saved yet another uncomfortable conversation. This was on my 30th birthday as well and totally took the shine off the day.Not sure if it’s new chefs, new ownership or something else but this place is not what it used to be at all. Teach your staff basic customer service and cook your chicken thoroughly this is basics, won’t be back.
