Waited 25+mins for a kebab. Paul took our order and went back to work. Told us it would only be a little longer after waiting 20mins. Kebab meat is deffos from a frozen supermarket won’t be back, quality just wasn’t there.

The stress & anxiety been all over place since I ordered on Wednesday as thy forgot my daughter juice & she not stopped going on Abt it & driver said ur 5 yr old daughter said it was ok & I said yes but I listen to me I'm the adult & told u I wanted it he said he would pop out with it when he had a min so coz my 5 yr old heard him say tht she been stressing me out going on Abt it but me my friend & family order from here but can assure you none of us will order again so thy have just lost 5 customers in total thought they would have offered some free food or something coz the stress I've went through since wed night but no they just laughed at me on fone

Been using pauls for years. The Staff are always really pleasant and helpful,more often than not,youre guaranteed a good blether when you're in. Love the burgers, literally just finished one haha thoroughly enjoyed it as always.

Horrendous didn't even buy anything ,server behind counter using her hands and fingers ,not even any hygienic gloves ,so glad I walked away ,this place should be reported

The only reason im posting this is because I never received a reply to my private message.Absolutely astounded by the lack of customer service.Phoned delivery tonight @20:15 received order @21:40 called a few times in-between to to told order was out but were busy due to Freddie closed. Now had that been explained at time of order then perhaps arrange elsewhere l.On delivery food was cold and soggy but because the time was nearing 10pm had no wish to re order.Disappointed with tonight's events. Nevertheless I won't post bad review as your service is normally spot on.Just expressing my annoyance.££££ in the bin. ?Kind regardsPaul.

Absolutely shocking service, was up to an hour late and asked for my sauce to be in a tub and they have poured it all over the thing, not only that but the curry sauce looked like jelly.
