Pizza arrived and was cold and insanely greasy. As to the the cookie for dessert they may as well have just sent us a stick of melted butter it was actually disgusting. They also forgot one of our sides. Never again.

Went for the buffet and it was awesome. Loads of freshly cooked pizzas and the salad was great. All fresh ? staff were really nice too.

Pizzas were good. Jalapeño poppers were horrid. £3 extra For stuffed crust is too expensive. 2 sides, 2 pizzas and 2 drinks for £50 is a tad expensive

Love a Pizza Hut .\\nWe were met at the door as we had pre booked the colleague(store manager ) explained the covid rules and the ways to order and also there were a few things unavailable ( great thing as it helps you make your decision before you sit down)\\nAll colleagues were busy and all tables were cleaned thoroughly after each customer which was good to see, actually a pretty slick operation and the colleagues were friendly and attentive.\\n\\nReally wanted to give 5 stars but I felt the resteraunt was too cold, 3 air con units in a small space , so your pizza got cold quickly, all food was really cooked to perfection and I'm picky so well done team at Glasgow Fort.\\n\\nOne thing for pizza hut execs, bring back dried chilli flakes , minimal expense and long shelf life .\\n\\nOverall a decent experience.

App wasn't great for ordering...very slow.. as Internet signal not so good possibly better depending where your seated, ended up giving order manually without any issue. Food was good is what it is...pizza, boxed our deserts for us to takeaway. Excellent service nothing is ever a bother, staff are very friendly and helpful. Environment clean and extra cleaning precautions in place and one way system to exit. No self service buffet / drinks or ice cream.

Staff were very nice, our order was misplaced so we received the wrong pizza which we were then comp'd and also given our correct pizza.
Buffet was ok. Not as much choice as normal but we went towards the end of the day.

We went to this restaurant in the glasgow fort. There was three staff on the floor the restaurant was busy people were kept waiting. Tables were left dirty and only cleaned if they needed the table. The floor was littered with food. The icecream station was filthy.The salad station was almost empty and when i told the staff i was told we are busy as you can see. We later found out that it was because of the big takeaway order they had recieved. Realy not happy with the service or the cleanliness of the reataurant on this occasion plus point our food was good

Wife and I both enjoyed someone elses meal due to a wee mistake. Staff were quick to try to resolve, no need on our part. Both enjoyed meal deal.

waited for a table for around 15 minutes although their were vacant tables waiting to be cleaned. staff running around not sure what they were doing. table service started ok then was terrible waited ages for plates to be taken away had to approach staff to ask desert then waited ages for it to come. all and all food good but service terrible.
