Manager nearly knocked me down taking out a trolley of rubbish through the station whilst walking backwards not looking where she was going at all. Once I jumped out of the way to avoid a serious accident I tried to make a complaint, she gave me the email for her shop. An email that would go straight to her and not customers services. I was upset and angry at the ignorance and the childish way she tried to dupe me into giving my complaint about her to herself instead of where it should go. Because she had an angry customer for an incident caused entirely by her ignorance and blatant disregard for health and safety she had someone call police in the station. Ridiculous and humiliating response from Pret. Won't ever be going here and thanks to her attitude and ineptitude in dealing with customer complaints I will be avoiding every Pret store and all businesses within the train station. Might i suggest you train your staff before making them managers, especially in health and safety, customer service and honesty.
