The manager in that shop is very rude and offensive! He asked me to stay no longer than 30 minutes when i went to get my 2nd cup of coffee! I was working on my laptop and the shop was only 40% occupied! Knowing that pret has no sit-in limit time as far as I am aware.

Staffs are kind and helpful. The Pret Club is a good deal, but their branches are rare in Glasgow, only 1 in the west end and 4 at the city center.

The manager has terrible attitude towards Asians. He will check my subscription twice or more every time I order something. It won’t happen with others in the store. Terrible experience and I will not subscribe again ever.

Rude and condescending manager - had enough of being spoken to in such a manner after being a loyal subscription holder for 18+ months and visiting the same pret (Byres Road) most days. Manager has always come off impolite - it is obvious he does not like how busy the shop is with the subscription holders. The shop is always busy but this does not give the manager an excuse to talk to customers in such a condescending way. Ending my subscription.

So first of all I absolutely love pret. 2nd I used to work for Pret and everything they say about their food is so true. But why do some staff not want to half a toastie,it’s how we eat it and draw looks when asked twice to half it. I was told cutlery at door twice. We were taught to go the extra mile. Just half the toasties. Please.

I’m a local lass and love going here. Guaranteed a good standard of food and even with a queue sometimes out the door the team are respectful and provide a friendly service to all customers equally. I hove watched them deal with customers who have delusional expectations and a huge sense of entitlement with tact and understanding. Definitely couldn’t do your job as well as the pret team on byres. My dog is always made to feel welcome too.
