I had a Singapore chow mien and chicken and sweetcorn soup, overall it was pretty bland and the chicken in the soup didn't taste right and neither did the prawns in the chow mien. I woke up at 2.30am bursting for the loo and had non stop skitters all through the night and today, safe to say I will never order from here again.

Honestly the worst chicken satay I've ever eaten, and the char siu was no better; I was also overcharged by 80p. Please don't waste your money.

Just ordered food from this place absolutely shocking food was like a dogs dinner would not give me a refund back and the customer service was shocking by the way the only thing they refunded me was my kids chicken nuggets which every one was different colour then she had the cheek to put my £5.20 in a cardboard box and slap it down in front of me that was a Waste of £42 that was. SHOCKING

Do not go near this place just ordered for the 1st time spent £42 and every bit went in the bin . The food looked and tasted disgusting. Phoned to complain asked for a refund was told no. Do not waste your money.

My wife told me that the food was delivered by a man with one tooth. The beef and chicken dishes were not the ones that we ordered. They were covered in a disgusting gravy rather than the sauces that we ordered. There was no point in complaining The Chinese woman who took the phone order struggled to understand English. I would give the Rainbow no stars if I could. AVOID!!!

AWFUL, i phoned and asked for a chicken curry and they said yes and i said does that come with fried rice or do i order that seperate. he then repeated my order back and because i was clear in what i ordered was chicken curry i said that’s it! and when we came home and opened our food it’s chips on top of rice and curry sauce??????? we phoned to ask if we can change and they are just money making scams cause he said we’ll i repeated her order and she didn’t say anything… why would you add chips into an order where i didn’t even say chips in the first place. wouldn’t allow us to change it and now we were stuck with food we didn’t want. never ordering here again absolutely awful service and awful people

As always chicken curry and fried rice. Curry sauce excellent with lovely chicken pieces rice fluffy. Chicken Noodle soup so tasty. Highly recommended. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just received our food and the curry sauce was revolting, rice was dry and looked off,noodles are like rubber and tastelessCalled up only to be told that we couldn't return it and won't ne getting our money back, awful customer service and I won't be recommending them to anyone anytime soon!
Ordered 2 cans coke tasted bad . Looked at the writing on back was in German . They only do German coke can because they get it cheaper . With regards to cash only that’s a tax dodge so they can hide what they are really earning so they can hide so much from the tax man I’m not daft

Absolutely awful experience.Ordered 2 vegetable spring rolls, 1 sweet and sour chicken and 1 hong kong sweet and sour. Was asked if I wanted fried rice and replied "yes to both".Tried to pay by card, to find it was cash only. Not a big deal, but who doesn't take cards? Its 2020 and there's a global pandemic.Recieved the order, went home, opened it up to find that the sweet and sour was missing. Called them. Before I got a sentence out I was shouted at down "Deliveries are late. You're order is coming". I tried to explain that it wasn't a delivery issue (although it says a lot about the place that when they answer the phone they presume that it's a complaint and not an order). Tried to explain again. "We're very busy. Your order is coming". I had to raise my voice and shout "listen to me". After explaining the issue, they rigidly maintained I had only ordered 1 dish. I asked for the missing dish and said I'd come back.I arrived in the shop. The dish was ready and I was asked to pay £7.20. Before handing over the cash I checked the order. Only to find it was incorrect. At this point there was a lot of eye rolling andn they reluctantly went and made the correct dish.Eventually got home (the first half of my order now needing microwaved). Started eating to find that both veggie spring rolls had pork and chicken in them. Not an issue for me, I actually quite enjoyed them, but not good. What if they had been for a vegetarian?Overall, I can't find a single positive. Don't take cash, got my order by wrong twice, worst customer service imaginable and meat in a veggie product.I won't be back. I suggest you give it a miss too! ?
