Order food received food stone cold. Complained telephone operator was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for a refund she wanted her food back. WOULD NOT RECKOMEND SERVICE

Update: 20/4/23 standards dropped badly recently over an hour for delivery, pizza extremely dry, kebab just thrown in tray with dollop of sauce will be avoiding till standard improve

Amazing experience.. thank you soo much red chillies for a nice response.I went to buy beef burgers which they gave without salad and mayo though I refused for any other sauce. Then I talked to manager and they delivered the same burgers with the required things free of cost.Thank you much. My kids really enjoyed otherwise they were getting angry

Poor service and no customer service when your order is wrong the girl on the phone and the rest of the staff have a conversation that you can hear what they say and then when you tell them you heard everything they put the phone down on you.

My normal family order is vegetable pakora, chicken korma (sweet & creamy), a garlic chilli naan, which is totally. Banging, chicken burger meal with cheese on the chips, cheeseburger meal with cheese on the chips, single cheeseburger with tomato sauce,4 cans of coke, 2 of which are included with theod quali meals and 2 tube of garlic mayo. Sometimes there's a problem but these are always rectified by Mo who is the owner. I never order from anywhere else unless I want Chinese so that says it all. ALWAYS EXCELLENT FOOD AND CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST. ? ? ? ? ? service & food ALL of the time, the quality of the food is exceptional.YOU HAVE GOT TO GIVE RED CHILLIES A TRY, and tell Mo that Stevie with the one arm recommended you should try his takeaway.Vegetarian options: There are a whole host of vegetarian alternatives to choose from because all of the dishes can be made with either vegetables or meat.Kid-friendliness: All of the staff are kid friendly.Parking: There are plenty of adequate parking spaces available for wheelchair users.Wheelchair accessibility: The main door is definitely wide enough for a wheelchair to fit inside.
