To be honest NOT a fan of this chip shop had a poor experience a while back when I was over charged for a fish supper and got NO chips with it went back and was charged for the chips they should've given me , I'm not a fan but the Mrs is a fan why I just don't know.

A telephone order, 2 large fish & chips , this afternoon , 10/08/23 , both fish and chips cooked as we waited . Unfortunately, when we got home 5 mins later , looking forward to our lunch , dreadful & tasteless is my best description . Both fish & chips , tasted & had an odour of old oil . Sorry guys , I've had chips etc before , fairly decent , today though , fish had no flavour & like the chips , greasy oily . Straight in the bin

Been waiting an hour and a half for a cheese burger meal and tried to phone them and no answer this has been happening quite a lot with San Marco recently not sure what's wrong but will never order from here again

Food is OK but delay has been over 2 hours now, do not order by phone or just eat they prioritise walking over everybody else.I have to say over the 1k I have spent here I will not be using it again and I will be leaving this same review because of the answers I got over the phone. This was a 5 star review but I have changed it now.
