Prices are a joke 154 unleaded and 164 diesel . Tesco silverburn 141 and 150 . All other local garages are unleaded at most 143. Stop ripping off locals

Garbage customer service and broken facilities. Review written after stopping 28/08/2023 at 12:00. Both toilets out of order. Needed to wash hands. Asked bald staff member if I could wash my hands somewhere as the toilets were out of order. He flatly said no and nothing else. No apologies or courtesy. Why pay a garage so much money that can’t offer garage facilities. Rude unsmiling staff. Not a pleasant experience here.

Similar experience to other reviewers, I witnessed a full-scale barney around 10:30am on Saturday the 25th of September between a staff member (male, short, tattoos) and a member of the public. This concluded with the staff member using serious swearwords over the tanoy and even offering to fight the customer. You really need to have a word with that staff member because they are clearly a scumbag, if that is how they act with the public.

The guy who works there screamed at me over the tannoy before I’d even begun fuelling. I won’t be spoken to that way so I left. I see others reviewing here have had trouble with this staff member so just go to a different petrol station.

Cost of fuel is slightly cheaper compared to some other local petrol stations.... Tho the prices of soft drinks & snacks is extortionate.... Staff are pleasant....

Shell speirsbrige There taking advantage when we get a 5p cut they then put the price up there is absolutely no reason to do this but they do and its taking advantage of the customer there nit interested in helpingThey will hit you with excuses after excuses again the 5p cut was there for a reason nit for you to take advantage and put the price back up and because of that I won't be using you again its all about the money nit the customer that keeps you in a job

Passed by other petrol stations to use this station and found they had no diesel. They issue a receipt for petrol which is not readable. I have complained a few times but nothing has been done about it yet. There not too concerned about customers wanting to use there service. Disappointing
