This is a good Starbucks location, it is located on Sauchiehall Street and is the latest opening Starbucks in the city centre, as of March 2024, it closes daily at 9 pm. It's on a busy corner of Sauchiehall St, right by John Lewis, going onto Buchanan Street, so odds are you are likely going to pass this Starbucks when out and about in the city. The store is modern and attractive, with lots of comfortable seating, some of the tables are a little close to each other though, so at peak times it may feel slightly crowded and uncomfortable. The staff here are very friendly, I asked a barista while she was preparing the drinks to confirm the name of the store on the app, as it was my first day in Glasgow, she smiled and helped me find the right one, she also reassured me that people get confused, as they have so many stores close to each other, and even if I had ordered my drink to the wrong store, they would have made it anyway. I ordered a Venti Iced Blonde White Mocha with an extra shot of coffee, my drink was made in good time and was up to the usual Starbucks standard. 4* - Overall a very good Starbucks location which maintains good standards of service and beverage quality despite being busy.

You need to sort out your branch! Tables are not being cleared and wiped down in between customers. I had to sit down on a table full of dirty cups and plates from previous customers. Shocking!

Like many Starbucks retail outlets in central Glasgow, run by well trained staff who know how to prepare various refreshment beverages from a standard coffee to a chilled frappuccino???

Still like my cappuccino, with sugar free

I come here regularly. I like coming here as it is open late, closing at 9pm.I noticed that the toilet downstairs had been closed off, leaving the disabled toilet for the entire pretty full cafe. This was about 5:45pm.After few hot chocolates, i needed the loo. The disabled toilets were busy so I asked for the code from the staff, to be told that it was closed for cleaning and that I would need to use the disabled toilet. I advised the young lady that it was in use, i was told told with a shrug that i would "Just have to wait."As someone who has quite severe... ahem, digestive issues, I was too embarressed to make a big deal out of it. The young lady in question has no idea how close it came to them having a much more serious cleaning issue as I waited. The toilet was not opened again.I have worked in hospitality extensively from UK to New Zealand and I have never spoke to any customer the way i was spoke n to today. I have never given an all 1 star review of a a cafe ever. All because the manager (or whoever) took the decision to close a legally required facility 3 hours early.I'm not sure I'll be back.

I never had any food but the food looked lovely. I love the coffee, cold or hot. I also got a new coffee cup and they put my coffee in that mug so I was very happy. Lots of choices sometimes it's hard to choose. Love Starbucks.

Myself and my parents visited this Starbucks last night and were presented with excellent customer service by a young girl I believe goes by the name of Emma. Emma quickly picked up on the fact my parents are deaf and after providing me with clear and efficient customer service, she went the extra mile to communicate in sign language with my mother and father to say “enjoy and have a good night” this made their trip very special and made them feel appreciated and involved. Would definitely recommend!

John is an absolute credit to the team. I ended up upgrading my drink size and buying two reusable cups. He helped me add my gift card to the app, gave me great recommendations and had such a good chat. So kind and didn’t rush me at all. Thank you John!

It's a Starbucks so you know what to expect - unfortunately there were no independent coffee shops nearby. But this one has a great view of Sauchiehall Street with floor to ceiling windows - great for people watching. Service here was good.

Unfortunately, Today I was very disappointed from the service. I was waiting for 30Min to take my order and everyone was finished and left the shop. I asked the person in charge and they asked me ( what is your drink? )I was very shocked and left without even refund !
