Funding a genocide. Walked past and cannot in moral conscience give money to this colonial settler supporting business

Poor service service staff flirting with customers and we are in the queue for over 5 minutes. When my turn come I said I need it in next 5 minutes he said (bald head ) fellow said he got too many to make so cannot make one in 5

The staff were so kind and helpful it made my day. If only every Starbucks could be as kind and welcoming as this one. Thanks for the great drink and even better service

The service in this Starbucks is typically warm and friendly, welcoming you to (or consoling you before leaving) the city of Glasgow. The coffee is, yes, very decidedly Starbucks flavour. The variety of drinks is, yes, very impressive for a tiny unit - which can often house up to five packed-in employees! But, like, that's about it.. it's convenient and it's sometimes faster than going elsewhere. That's all. It's a modern kind of production-line-café that is much better than a vending machine (thanks to the lovely staff!) but doesn't really do much else to mark it's spirit of place - at the gateway to/from Scotland and Glasgow no less!If I was going to spend £3.40 on a regular Latte, which I do so very reluctantly anyway, I think I would much prefer to celebrate Gordon Street Coffee at the station entrance.. It's 20p more expensive (at time of writing), but it's LOCAL, and the place buzzes with Scottishness and graffiti-like celebrations of Glasgow culture. Profits don't go to Seattle, they go to South Lanarkshire. This isn't to plug Gordon Street especially, that's just the closest, there are indie coffee joints of supreme quality right across the city.! If you've time, go explore instead. If you're local, support your local! In a city with such an unexpectedly thriving coffee culture, indeed such a thriving city culture, Starbucks at Central station falls short of the mark ONLY in that... I can go to a bland chain like this literally anywhere in the world. Bang in the centre of central station, after long journeys North or cross-city commutes to work, I always find myself asking; who is there to welcome me home?Staff lovely though, five stars for service!

Misheard my name for “Kim”, when I’m a male and my name is Taylor, the worker lassie didn’t give me my change, and gave me the wrong order, someone stole my friends hot chocolate, just trying to get a nice coffee for the train home and I get this madness, I will not be back!!!!!!!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drinks don’t taste anything like they do at other Starbucks. Everyone I’ve talked to says the same thing, that they are disgusting and rancid. Pretty much undrinkable, I’d recommend just walking a bit to a Starbucks near by. The drinks are also a bit more expensive.

Every time I have visited this store my coffee has been made incorrectly, I got a caramel macchiato today with no caramel drizzle on top or syrup in it! Very poor as the coffee cost me nearly £5 to bin it.

No quality of service, asked for my drink to be remade as it wasn’t made correctly. The person on main bar demonstrated a hostile attitude, usually visit on my way to work as the staff and generally friendly but will not be back.

No squirty cream and bad attitude of employees.

Green is already my favourite colour so mega bonus but quite honestly whats not to love? They make you (literally) any drink that you want and its a flex to put to put on your instagram story. Theres so many different combos that you could have therefore, theres so many times to try

Today I was at your Glasgow DE Starbucks on rt 40 and had the most horrible experience. Your store manager Jen or Jan was rude and nasty all because I asked to speak with her about a experience that happened at her store 2 mornings ago. So the manager comes to the drive up window and with the nastiest face was like WHAT...I said do you remember me still in a nasty tone she said yes. I wanted to explain to her what happened 2 days ago but she didn't give me a chance and proceeded to tell me that I was rude to ask for a refund and that she burned her had making my coffee. I said I asked for a refund because of how you made my coffee and didn't feel safe taking the coffee. Instead of having to argue with you I left with my refund. The nasty manager proceeded to still be rude towards me and when I couldn't take anymore I started back at her. She said because I was being nasty with her she slammed the drive up window closed and said we don't have to serve your kind..she also said that she was going to call the police attempting to intimidate me if I didn't leave..of course I didn't leave because I'm not scared of the police and I didn't do anything wrong...you need to really look at the people you hire at your stores

You know that feeling where you want a REAL cup of coffee made by a Barista that actially can tell the difference between a mocha and a latte, plus can make it without taking so long you miss your trsin and lose the will to live ... right? Well these are the canines lower extremities of take away coffee - pleasant, professional, laid back and mucho pronto - when I need the best cup of Joe in town I skip Costa lot, Oh No Not Nero and the Slow Dark Wooly Coffee hut ... there are imitators but this is the original and still the best - check it out, all you need to do is find the mermaid sign thst says 'Starbacks'
