Visited this place a few times and each time it's very busy queues are normally out the door, and no tables are available they seem to keep taking orders before fulfilling the orders already taken meaning you have lots of people standing around and you can't get past.

Leigh the life saving barista.I was at a private medical appointment over the road and was informed that they do not have coffee/tea machine and no way of refilling humans who are running low. I took a walk in the rain and found Starbucks. She spotted me immediately and know I wasn't a man who wanted anything but NEEDED IT NOW.A chocolate coffee concoction of pure liquid fuel and a toasted hot food ration. I collapsed in the corner slumped over and slowly began to perk up..Life saver leigh....

In Starbucks in Braehead right now and the service has been atrocious. There was 10 customers standing waiting to be served at one point with 4 girls working behind the till. Well I say working but they were far from working, all standing chatting to each other not serving customers or making drinks. When a drink was made no name was shouted out it was just left at the side and when we did get to order we weren’t asked if sitting in or taking away, weren’t asked our name and then we waited 25 minutes for a takeaway coffee to be made!

Purchased a sit in coffee to be handed a paper cup when loads of mugs available.Yes I know its nothing to complain about but when I request to have a ceramic mug I would like a ceramic mug. Coffee tastes better when not drunk out of a paper cup.When I stated the error the response was oops
