My deliver didn’t arrive, when phoned I was given customer service number that doesn’t exist. I only ordered as I had first chemo yesterday (tumour in pancreas). So they have my £15.27, avoid getting delivery and just go there safe option as they tell you it’s nothing to do with them even though they took my money.

It's disheartening to receive a Subway order delivered in a bag that doesn't even represent the chosen delivery platform. It not only diminishes the overall brand experience but also makes me question the standards Subway holds for its delivery partners.In an era where presentation and brand representation are crucial, Subway's acceptance of non-standardized delivery bags from various platforms is a significant drawback. I hope Subway takes steps to ensure a more consistent and professional delivery experience for its customers in the future.
