Halal and very nice staff! Amazing service by Joseph :) The Subway is very big with heating in the back, and not much rush and very calm atmosphere.
I visited this branch of Subway after a good while, normally the staff isn't the most switched on ; however, there were 4 folk serving so perhaps the management have realised that service is just as important as the food. Today, I was served by a chap called Girish - Excellent customer service, very friendly, courteous and also advised of the new sauces/additional condiments etc. It was nice to see someone enjoying their job and providing first class customer service ; the management should take a note from his book and use him as the rule book for absolutely first class customer service despite it being extremely busy.

I recently visited this store with my three teenage sons. We are from out of town and often visit ‘subway’ but hands down this is by far the best subway we have been in. From the guys assembling our subs to the girl who was on the till the service was 5 stars.The girl serving us on (14/08/23) was so nice, she went above and beyond and honestly just an all round really nice girl. She is an asset to this store, really friendly, chatty and Could not do enough for us, even my teenagers commented on how lovely she was and they barely even talk to me!!!

Very kind staff, however the place feels quite outdated and some seats feel kinda claustrophobic.The pepsi from the machine was practically water, with no pepsi flavour whatsoever.
Do not go to this location. I do not recommend this location. The customer service is poor. The employees work slowly. There were two customers in line in front of us. The line grew as we waited over 10 minutes to be served. The employees had better things to do than service customers. We ordered the meal deal of the day. The food was good but the wait was ridiculous.

Both sandwiches made on an online order had incorrect ingredients. Went on Monday 5pm. The incompetence is staggering, corn was added to both sandwiches without asking among other issues. Hilarious ineptitude.
