Came in tonight to the horror of the deli being absolutely contaminated there was meat in the cheese and salami in the peppers it was absolutely disgusting and looked so so dirty my only regret is not taking a picture! I told the girl who kind of laughed said sorry about that and picked a lump of tuna out the cheese and returned out the back. Must avoid!! This place needs an AUDIT!!

We wanted a quick bite to eat while doing a bit of shopping at Braehead - Subway seemed like the obvious choice. I opted for the 6” Mega Meat, my wife chose the 6” Plant-Based Steak and we got the wee man a Kids Ham Roll. Together with three drinks it was £16 - slightly more expensive than I once thought it to be. So the food was decent, it really was however, the queue was ridiculous. Stagnant and never-ending. Not the best time to be entertaining a hungry three year old. That aside, the culinary positives lifted my review to an average.

I will never eat in here again I was in on Sunday with family I asked for an extra cup for one family member who has dementia the very sour staff member said that's £1.39 I told her to keep it politely no chance am I paying when other subway shops don't charge having worked in this industry for 13 years I know it wasn't a big deal for her to give me a cup she could have easily put it down at waste it was like it was coming out her own pocket the service aside the cup was ridiculous very unhappy staff

Very bad and unprofessional serviceThey cross contaminated the vegetarian products with meat, the chicken was out of its designated pots and on the edges, god knows how much chicken had fallen in other pots.The sauces where covering the table with next man subway maker putting his hands on it to lean on the preparation table contaminating his gloves half way through preparing a sub.Didnt even bother eating here.
They take stock control to another level here. The servers practically countng out the bits of onion as they put it on the very unfilling sandwiches. The gaffer quite blatantly chided one of them in front of customers for putting more than 3 small bits of olive on a sandwich too! They use the old tactic of spreading the fillings as thinly as possible to cover the sight of white bread. You'll still be hungry after wasting your money.

The conversations in front of the customers are wild and inappropriate! Had to correct my order several times as they were too busy talking and not listening to my answers! Worst of all it was disgusting I ended up putting it in the bin as the counters were disgusting

I visited the Subway in Braehead yesterday. After buying my wrap and soft drink, I asked for a bottle of water and cup (to cool my baby granddaughters bottle). The 500ml standard plastic bottle of water.. nothing fancy about it! cost me £2.78 !!! I queried the price and was advised this was correct. I would have sent an email today, after being reassured this was overpriced by anyone I told the cost to, direct to the store... but they don't provide an email address... I certainly won't be back !

The staff here always look unhappy and really not polite to customers. Thats the reason this place in breahead or st enoch always look dead because of the way the staff treat their customers. I only choose to go there to save my break time when every other place is busy. U would not even give it a single star.
