Walked into the establishment with intent of my classic chicken, salami and shredded mozzarella samwidge- was greeted with judgmental stares (WOOF). had to repeat my type of bread like 5 times and asked for shredded mozzarella- got the yucky sliced fake cheese (double woof). Yes you still order 6 or 12 inch sub but their buns are much smaller, f that makes sense.I take it less weight means less toppings.Prices all over the world have increased, so no surprise here. Still have a good selection to choose from. Plus I actually like the size of their rolls now,easier to eat,less messier.
It’s a subway, so not much point reviewing the food as you know what you’re getting already. However, had to write a review as this particular franchise is run by lovely staff. When I made a mistake in my order, completely my fault, and had to go back to order an alternative - they replaced it at no cost. Totally unexpected, I hadn’t even hinted at getting it for free! Not saying everyone should expect the same if you mess up but is a great example of the overall customer service experience at this Subway which is consistently good (I go reasonably regularly for lunch as it’s very close to my office).

Came into branch this afternoon, was served by Assistant 3107, asked for a Tuna 6 inch sub, when I seen the Tuna, it looked off and not fresh and had rhe last small bits left, politely asked the guy to change it for fresh Tuna but he said there's no Tuna till tomorrow, so never had any choice but to go for a other veggy option..... when I got to the till the guy never had a clue about the meal deals subway were offering.... after nearly 10mins and going through his system I finally paid..... won't be coming back to this branch anytime soon
