Ordered a Tuna footlong. Gave me a really bad upset stomach. Something must have been off that was in my footlong. Really terrible to be serving off food or contaminated food that causes someone to get ill. Make sure you send clean fresh food, stop sending off food out and making people ill.

Ordered the foot long supremo because I’m vegetarian but when it got here it was a completely different one and had bacon or ham in it so I couldn’t even eat it. Phoned the restaurant multiple times and let it even ring out for a few minutes but nobody bothered to pick up. Uber eats only refunded me £3.75 which was absolutely ridiculous considering the whole order revolved around the main thing that I couldn’t even eat in the end. So 1 star not just for messing up the order but also for not even picking up the phone when it rings!

I ordered the sandwich and it was raw, the customer service was poor. The guy who made the sandwich didn't even ask which sauce I would like to have. I had to throw my sub. The staff was not helpful and were rude.

I had the worst experience in this subway. The staff were very rude with everyone and treated us like animals. All the 3 staff were Indians. They told us there’s no student discount. I was asked to pay even before my sub was made completely and they asked us to pay 10 pence for a tissue. When we told this is not how a subway works they told us it’s not their problem. Horrible experience. Please change the employees present.

For some reason don’t even provide student discount and when we asked for a tissue paper they charged 10 pence per tissue. Guys working there didn’t even have the heart to give a cup of water! Also our sub was worst, for some reason the guy didnt even knew how to dress the sub. Definitely not worth going here….

staff and manager are extremely rude. i called staying that they missed the drink on my order and they wouldn’t do anything about it. they told me to come to the store and get it (i ordered for delivery). when i said no because i paid for the item WITH the delivery charge it should be deliver to me as it’s they’re fault they forgot it, why would i come get it. they then hung up the phone on me multiple times while asking for a refund for it. horrible service, the food was cold and stale

As soon as I saw a couple of flies dancing around the cheese and tuna i walked away and never turned back.The server didn't even bother to keep the flies away by covering the food with the glass lid.Health and safety need to pay this place a visit ASAP.

When I got in I said that I was ordering a student meal deal and then detailed the sub I wanted as part of it. The clerk made my sub and then told me that they don't do the student meal deal at this specific branch and, as a result, I would have to pay more for the sub while also not getting the added stuff you get with a meal deal. It would have been nice if he had told me that before making the sub, although maybe he misheard me because he was on his phone to his mate the whole time. I feel like I got fleeced. Sub was good though.
