We came to TGI’s in Braehead to celebrate our daughter’s 1st Birthday & had the pleasure (not for the first time) of Vicky being our server - look out for her. Vicky was also amazing with the kids making balloon art & even just her general chit chat. Food was perfect & care/attention was given to a member of the party with an allergy. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy and plenty of staff on just walking up and down before taking orders. Sharing starter brought out without side plates. Having to eat food off napkins as not one person came to check up or ask if we would like side plates. Server placed food down and left immediately.

Lovely serving staff, we were quickly seated. Kids eat free is a bonus if you have the app. Sesame chicken was lovely and lots of it, chips were crunchy which was great. Kids create your own sundae was a winner as was the mocktails.

I'm a support worker and I accompanied my lady and her partner to lunch on a busy, pre-Christmas Saturday. Both ladies have additional needs and often an outing at such a time can be susceptible to challenges. Our server came over, introduced herself as Zoe and welcomed the 3 of us warmly and cheerily. She understoof the dynamic of the table immediately and was a pure delight thought our lunch. She was patient and funny and caring. Our lunches were delicious, too. An absolutely lovely trip out and Zoe is a credit to TGI Fridays Excite. Thank you
